My Mission
My mission is to help nonprofit organizations improve their performance, impact, and sustainability by offering them customized solutions and guidance to leave lasting impact in their communities.
My Expertise
I bring over twenty-five years as a nonprofit CEO to Liga Consulting & Training, LLC. Since 2009, I have been sharing my expertise in non-profit management, grant writing and reporting, story-telling, strategic visioning and planning, and program development and evaluation with other nonprofit CEOs and boards of directors. In addition to my years as a nonprofit CEO, I also bring nearly a decade of experience as adjunct faculty at Rutgers University's Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
My Approach
I take a holistic approach to consulting, working closely with my clients to understand their goals and challenges and develop solutions that address their specific needs. My approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven.
